ABOUT QUINTO

Quinto is a municipality of the Ribera Baja del Ebro and has 2,000 inhabitants. The history of Quinto goes back more than 20 centuries back, since the Romans baptized it as “Quintus”. The Piquete (s.XV) and Mudejar style, is the most remarkable historical artistic building although there are other small constructions called “portals” that acted as customs in addition to having a defensive use. “La Casa del Cura” (16th century) is another of the buildings that we recommend to visit as it is the best example of Aragonese Renaissance palace. The gastronomy, the Ebro, the flora and the fauna … are other claims of our town that will allow you to complete a visit that is difficult to forget.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

It is very well located and you can get through the national road 232. We are 40 kilometers from Zaragoza in a southeasterly direction. We communicate with the capital by public transport by road with many daily frequencies and by train, being able to arrive from Zaragoza, Madrid or Barcelona. If you want to know the transport schedule, check the websites of RENFE (train) or HIFE (regular line buses).

There are several options. At the foot of the same museum you have two parking lots (one of which has space for coaches). If you travel with a tourist, we recommend you park in the lower area of the town, next to the Town Hall, and access the museum by following the route of the portals.

Yes. If you wish to visit the museum as a group, both during regular hours and outside of the weekend schedule (Monday to Thursday), we can make an appointment if a group of more than 15 people is formed.

For large groups (schoolchildren, associations, groups) of 25 people or more, we have a reduced ticket for € 5 per person as well as gratuities for monitors, teachers or companions. Write to reservas@momiasdequinto.es and we will manage your reservation with a personalized character.

People with reduced mobility can access the museum door itself (in case of access by vehicle, it is necessary to notify the museum staff to remove the access barrier). Once at the door, the entire museum is presented without architectural barriers.
